PowerKing
EHV GRADE TRANSFORMER INSULATING OIL
Consistent Quality
Matchless Performance
Choice of Reputed Customers
PowerKing Transformer Oil was first introduced in 1971. It is one of the quality products distributed by UniKing International and is manufactured in one of the most modern continuous process plants certified under ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
The continuous process ensures consistent quality and conformation to the highest standards, unlike batch processes which may give rise to quality variations between batches.
Rigorously Tested & Widely Used
PowerKing is a product of extensive research and trials, conducted by an R & D department manned by experts who are committed to excellence. The laboratories house some of the most technologically advanced equipments of its kind to exercise uncompromising quality control on the desired technical specifications of PowerKing.
Before despatch each and every lot of PowerKing has to compulsorily undergo the following tests and checks conforming to IEC 60296 or BS 148 specifications for Oxidation Stability, Gas Absorption, Chemical Deterioration, Break Down Voltage, Resistivity, Dielectric Dissipation Factor etc... Besides these test PowerKing is also subject to Physical Characteristic tests that are routine for any Transformer insulating oil. For precisely these reasons, PowerKing has been widely acclaimed by the industry as a superior Insulating Oil with consistent properties. PowerKing is being regularly exported to various electricity boards and other reputed clients around the globe.
 |
PowerKing Transformer Oil was also rigorously tested and approved by KEMA of Netherlands and Doble of USA which are two widely renowned independent laboratories. |

This transformer Insulating Oil also meets ASTM D3487 type I and AS1767.1-1999
The above data is based on recent average values. Minor variations which do not affect product performance of quality may be expected in manufacture.
PowerKing may also be supplied according to BS 148:1984 and as Inhibited (Class IIA). High Flash Transformer Oil may also be supplied as per customer's specification.
PowerKing may be shipped in new non-returnable Mild-steel drums of 210 litres capacity or in 23-24000 litre Flexitanks, in TEU's.
PowerKing
Offers Seven Distinct Advantages
1. High Volume Resistivity at 27°C & 90°C
High insulation resistance between transformer windings or high megger value.
2. Very low dielectric dissipation factor
Reduces temperature rise during service, because of lower electrical losses.
3. Highly refined Oil
Reduces aromatic content and sulphur content.
Contains very low water content.
4. Low Viscosity & Density
Improves cooling.
5. Conforms to CPRI, CEA, RDSO, REC specifications as well as to ASTM.D.1934 ageing test
Increases stability and ensures longer life of oil during service.
6. Higher initial interface tension
Smoother functioning of oil with lesser maintenance due to low deterioration.
7. Low S.K. Value
Optimum Refining.
